so i gave my laptop there and they installed windows 7 64 bit pirated edition and then the laptop screen was looking a bit low. few months back my harddisk got corrupted and i went to dell but they told it will cost me around 12-13k i was shocked, then i went to a computer service station and they told me it will only cost me 500 bucks as they will only format it and no further issues. I had purchased dell inspi(ram 3 gb) way back in 2009 and i dont know what graphics does it have or use, it certainly has intel graphics only. I have a doubt and i seriously want to solve it as i am unaware of many facts.
